Our Buildings - Emerson Court

Dupont and Emerson Courts are twin buildings three blocks east of Hennepin on 28th St. These buildings have studios, one and two bedrooms that come with a combination of carpet and hardwood. There are two laundry rooms in each building, basic satellite television, high-speed Internet service, controlled voice access, parking with plug-ins with on-site managers.
